What are the check-in & check-out times?

Is it possible to leave luggage at the hotel before the check-in?

Yes, it is. Free luggage storage is available near the reception desk for arrivals prior to check-in (park and go directly to the beach!)

What are the meal times?

Breakfast from 8 until 10 am
Lunch, hall entrance from 12.30 to 1.15 pm
Dinner, hall entrance from 7.30 to 8.15 pm

What about food intolerances or allergies?

We kindly ask you to communicate this at the time of booking.

What does the KingSpa wellness path include?

The wellness program includes: an outdoor hot tub with chromotherapy, a panoramic outdoor relaxation area with sea views, an indoor relaxation area with a sauna, Turkish bath, sensory shower, and herbal tea corner. A wellness kit with a soft towel and slippers is included.
The wellness program is for exclusive use, by reservation and for a small fee.
Access is permitted only to adults and children over 14 years old.

What are the family-friendly services?

For family holidays we provide:

• In the kitchen: vegetable purées, vegetable broths, soups and flours for the little ones. Homogenised products on request. From 3 years old and up, children can have fun together with the entertainers at mealtimes.
  For the youngsters, on the other hand, there is a third, simpler menu proposal to suit everyone's taste.
• In the dining room: high chairs and dedicated table set with placemats, bibs and cutlery
• In the room: baby bathtubs, safety bed rails, bottle warmers, cots and, on request, toilet reducers.
• Two play areas, one external and one internal with tables, chairs, drawing material with colors and booklets
• Pushchairs at your disposal
• 2 bathing establishments with lots of services available

Is there a car park?

Yes, there is. We have a covered, guarded affiliated car park 300 m away from the hotel.

Is there a bicycle service available?

Yes, there is. We offer free bicycles to visit Cattolica (on request).

Are four-legged friends welcome?

Yes, they are. We accept small size pets upon request at the time of booking.
We ask our guests not to leave their pet unattended in any area of ​​the hotel and to make sure that it does not disturb other guests during the afternoon and night hours of rest. Access to the restaurant is not permitted, but upon request it is possible to take it to the outdoor veranda.
There is an extra charge of € 35.00 per week for daily cleaning and final sanitizing practices.

Is the tourist tax included?

No, the tourist tax is €2 per day per adult, for a maximum of 7 nights. Children up to 14 years old excluded.
